Lock changes between tenancies
Changing the locks when a tenant leaves is the simplest way to know who has a key. I can change locks on the day of check-out, hand the new keys to the agent or landlord, and send photos and an invoice for your records.
Keysafes
A keysafe makes access easy for contractors, carers or guests without handing keys around. I fit security-rated keysafes fixed firmly into masonry, positioned so they’re easy to use but not obvious from the street.
How a job runs
1. Tell me about the door
A photo of the lock and the edge of the door is usually enough to work out what’s needed.
2. Quote
You get a clear price for the lock or keysafe and fitting before I attend.
3. Fit
The lock is changed or the keysafe fitted, and everything is tested with the door open and closed.
4. Hand over
Keys go to you, the tenant or the agent, as arranged, with photos for your records.
How pricing works
Lock changes and keysafes are priced per job, including the lock or keysafe and fitting, so you know the cost upfront. There’s no VAT to add.

I don’t offer an emergency lockout service. For that, you’ll need a locksmith with non-destructive entry tools. I can change the lock afterwards if needed.
Security-rated keysafes fixed into masonry, chosen to suit how the keysafe will be used. Police-preferred models are available if you need them, for example for insurance.
