Jet washing
Moss, algae and dirt make patios and decks slippery as well as tired-looking. The pressure is adjusted to suit the surface, so softer stone isn’t damaged, and block paving can be re-sanded afterwards to fill the joints.
Decking and fences
Rotten or broken deck boards are replaced, loose boards refixed, and the whole deck can be cleaned and treated to protect it. Damaged fence panels are replaced and gates rehung so they close and latch properly. If you’d like fences or sheds repainted, see Exterior Painting & Decorating.
For landlords
Gardens are often overlooked between tenancies, but broken fences and slippery paths are safety issues. I can sort them as part of a void or as a one-off job, with photos and an invoice for your records.
How pricing works
Small jobs are charged by the hour. Larger jobs get a written, fixed quote, so you know the cost before work starts. There’s no VAT to add.
