How pricing works

Small jobs are charged by the hour. Larger jobs get a written, fixed quote after a visit, so you know the cost before work starts. There’s no VAT to add, and parking costs, where they apply, are the only extra.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with landlords who don’t live locally?

Yes. With a keysafe or keys from your agent, I can carry out the work and send photos and an invoice, so you don’t need to be there.

Can you deal with my tenants directly?

Yes. I arrange access with tenants, give them notice, and keep you updated on progress.

Do you offer an emergency service?

I’m a sole trader rather than a 24-hour call-out service, but urgent repairs are prioritised wherever possible.

How do you invoice?

Each job is invoiced separately with its photos attached, so it’s easy to match to the property and pass to your accountant.
