How pricing works

Small jobs are charged by the hour. Larger jobs get a written, fixed quote after a visit, so you know the cost before work starts. There’s no VAT to add, and parking costs, where they apply, are the only extra.

Are you insured?

Yes, I’m fully insured, and a copy of my insurance certificate is available on request.

Can you work to our reporting format?

Yes. Photos, completion notes and inspection reports can all be provided in the format you or your client require.

Do you provide line-item quotes?

Yes. Every item is priced separately, so quotes fit your sign-off limits and can be approved in part if needed.
