How pricing works

Small jobs are charged by the hour. Larger jobs get a written, fixed quote after a visit, so you know the cost before work starts. There’s no VAT to add, and parking costs, where they apply, are the only extra.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work within our approval limits?

Yes. Quotes are kept within the limit you set, and anything above it is quoted separately for landlord approval before I go ahead.

Are you insured?

Yes, I’m fully insured, and a copy of my insurance certificate is available on request.

Can you invoice us or the landlord directly?

Either, whichever suits your process, with your job reference on every invoice.

How quickly can you attend?

Urgent repairs are prioritised. For routine jobs, I’ll give you a realistic attendance date when I confirm the job, and stick to it.
