VIP Home Maintenance is a handyman service covering Brighton, Hove and Sussex. From putting up shelves and mounting a TV to fixing a sticking door or clearing a list of odd jobs, I take care of the small jobs around the home properly, tidily and in as few visits as possible.
I’m a sole trader, so the person who quotes for the job is the person who does it. I’m not VAT registered, which keeps prices low for homeowners and landlords alike.

Small jobs are charged by the hour. Bigger lists and larger jobs get a written, fixed quote, so you know the cost before work starts. There’s no VAT to add, and parking costs, where they apply, are the only extra.

Yes, and it’s the best value way to book. Make a list, send it over, and I’ll plan the visit so as much as possible gets done in one go.
I bring fixings and common materials. Items like shelves, TV brackets or blinds can be supplied by you, or I can source them for you.
Only small, non-specialist jobs. Anything that needs a qualified electrician, plumber or gas engineer, I’ll tell you so.
