Multi-Trade Responsive Repairs & Property Maintenance

VIP Home Maintenance provides multi-trade repairs and property maintenance across Brighton, Hove and Sussex. From a sticking door or blocked sink to mould treatment and fire safety works, one person can handle most of the jobs that would otherwise need several different trades.

I’m a sole trader, so the person who quotes for the job is the person who does it. I’m not VAT registered, which keeps prices low for landlords, agents and homeowners alike.

Repairs for landlords, letting agents and contractors

Tenanted properties need repairs done quickly, properly and with a clear record. I arrange access with tenants or through the agent, fix most issues in one visit, and send before and after photos with an invoice you can pass straight to your client. I also work as a subcontractor for maintenance companies and contractors across Sussex.

Homeowners

Repairs for homeowners

If something’s broken, leaking or just not working properly, I’ll come and have a look, tell you honestly what it needs, and fix it with as little disruption as possible.

How a repair job works

Getting a repair done should be simple, from the first message to the final invoice.

01

Report the job

Send a few photos, the address and access details by phone, WhatsApp or email.

02

Quote

Small jobs are charged by the hour; larger jobs get a written, fixed quote.

03

Fix it

Most jobs are done in one visit, with no need to juggle different trades.

04

Report back

You get before and after photos, notes on anything else I spotted, and the invoice.

How pricing works

Small jobs are charged by the hour. Larger jobs get a written, fixed quote after a visit, so you know the cost before work starts. There’s no VAT to add, and parking costs, where they apply, are the only extra.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of repairs do you cover?

Most non-specialist repairs: doors, windows, locks, walls and ceilings, bathroom and kitchen fittings, sealant, mould treatment, decorating and fire safety remedial works. Gas and major electrical work go to qualified specialists.

Can you arrange access with tenants?

Yes. I can arrange access directly with tenants or through the agent, and keep everyone updated.

Do you provide photos and reports?

Yes. Every job comes with before and after photos, and I provide written reports where they’re needed.

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Yes. I work for contractors and maintenance companies across Sussex, invoicing them directly.
